They are both fantastic companies that help you keep in shape during your pregnancy and kick your butt after. Great to give you more energy and meet other moms. Fantastic instructors motivate you and you leave feeling great! They offer classes in different areas so check them out no matter where you live.

Their products are so powerful and make everything we do so much easier. Not only do they look great in our kitchen but they have a THREE year warranty. You can't do better than that!

We all need to eat more raw food and this is the place to get your feet wet. Amazing menu with dishes that you would never think were raw. You leave feeling satisfied and feel great about eating so well. They also do cooking classes on how to make it yourself at home! Such fun.
