tim's fave baked pork chop rice is at Gold Stone Noodle Restaurant because Hong Kong-style baked pork chop rice is one of my favorite dishes. Its a very popular dish that can be found in most HK Style Cafes. We waited a bit long for it, (20 minutes) but the wait was well worth it, too bad I couldn't finish the entire plate.

tim's fave Insectarium is at Montréal Insectarium because they have dozens of insect exhibits including live cultures and interactive games. Usually people are chilled and grossed out by insects, but this insectarium allows people to explore and learn about these tiny creatures.

tim's fave Garden is at Botanical Garden because Botanical garden is next to the Olympic Stadium, and it was high on our schedule of places to visit while in Montreal. Wow! The exihibits were terrific! The Chinese and Japanese Gardens was an amazing sight to see. One of the coolest parts was that they actually have Chinese Musicians playing live music.

tim's fave montreal smoked meat sandwich is at Schwartz's because This is the most famous smoked meat restaurant in all of Montreal and it's been a local restaurant since the early 1920's. When we planned our first family trip there, this was for sure on the top of the list because of all the raves about it. Surely, it didn't disappoint!
